The classic five-phase model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) that gives every project a rigorous, end-to-end structure. My backbone for large-scale programs like onboarding redesigns.

Agile Design

SAM

The Successive Approximation Model replaces a linear waterfall with rapid cycles of prototyping, review, and iteration. My go-to in fast-moving environments where feedback early and often matters.

Cognitive Hierarchy

Bloom's Taxonomy

A hierarchy of cognitive skills, from remembering and understanding up through applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating. It shapes how I write objectives and assessments.

Evaluation

Kirkpatrick

Four levels of training evaluation: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. It connects what happens in the room to what changes on the job, at Levels 3 and 4.

Development Mix

70-20-10

Designing leadership pathways as full ecosystems: stretch assignments and peer coaching alongside formal sessions. Most growth happens on the job, and the design should reflect that.
